TikTok content creator, Cindy of Oshodi has spoken about her struggles with loneliness, regret and thoughts of ending her life, saying her daughter remains her main reason for holding on.

She broke down in tears in a video shared on her TikTok page, while reflecting on her past and the difficulties she faces maintaining genuine friendships.

Cindy said she sometimes wishes to die because she is tired of her present circumstances.

“It’s November 2nd 2026 and this is one of the moments I used to have when I’m alone. So I just decided I was gonna capture this one. So in this moment, the only thing I used to wish for is to be gone; is to sleep and probably don’t wake up again because I’m tired,” she said.

She added, “I just wished I had lived my life right. Nobody wants to be my friend. It’s been hard. It’s just easier for me to die. I don’t want to be killed. I’m just a shadow of myself now.”

The mother of one also expressed concern about her mental state, saying she no longer thinks clearly and often draws strength from thoughts of her daughter.

“I don’t think straight anymore. The only thing that used to keep me is when I think of this thing, I remember my daughter. Even if one day I’m gone. I regret my life. I really do regret it. I really do regret every damn thing I’ve done with my life,” she said.

Cindy further suggested that she might not inform anyone if she eventually decided to take her own life, raising concerns about the severity of her emotional struggles.

Her latest disclosure comes six months after she faced public backlash following the circulation of a private sexual video involving her and an unidentified man.

In May 2026, the TikTok personality addressed the controversy in a video, saying the recording dated back to 2019 or 2020, when she was experiencing financial difficulties.

She expressed regret over the recording and apologised to supporters who felt disappointed by the development.

“Initially, I would not even say anything about this whole thing, but for the people who still genuinely love me no matter what, despite everything, I am making this for you. So, first of all, I am really sorry for disappointing you,” she said at the time.

Cindy also explained that her financial situation influenced the decisions she made during that period.

The circulation of the private recording generated widespread reactions on social media, with the content creator facing criticism from some users.
